How do I submit a design request?
Do you offer any refunds?
We do not offer refunds for work that has already been completed or for months that have been paid for, unless, the work has not yet started and the request for a refund is made within 48 hours of payment. However, you won’t lose any month you paid for even if you don’t wish to use it right away.
